Job summary

KL Wong Architect Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Architectural Assistant to support the design and construction process. You will assist in preparing drawings, submissions, tenders, and on-site construction documents while aligning with office standards and procedures.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of cost/timeframes, and at least 2 years in mixed development or highrise projects. A Bachelor in architecture (LAM Part I) is mandatory, with Part II accreditation preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mixed Development / Highrise development is required.
• LAM Part I-bachelor degree in architecture is required; Part II accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing drawings and other documents in design, submission, tender and construction.
• Assist in design and project implementation.
• Carry out duties as instructed by the Management.
• Carry out duties according to office standards and procedures.
