Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, is seeking a motivated and responsible Architect to join our team. You will work on industrial, commercial and building projects, gaining exposure from initial design and authority submissions to construction and site coordination.

This role offers hands-on project experience while collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders, and provides opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design, construction details and site coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings and submission documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend site visits and monitor architectural works.
• Assist with project coordination from design development through construction.
• Ensure drawings and site works comply with relevant requirements and regulations.
