Job summary

Asure Amusement (MY) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair arcade game machines in Malaysia.

You will perform preventive maintenance, fix breakdowns, and ensure machines are safe and ready for play. The role requires basic IT/network troubleshooting, ability to interpret IPs, modems and routers, and good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Weekend, evening, and public holiday work may be required; prior experience with arcade equipment

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repairing game machines or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Basic IT and networking knowledge including IP addresses, modems, routers and network cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair game machines.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to minimize machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic components, including motors, gears, belts, bearings, sensors and switches.
• Ensure all game machines are safe and in good working condition.
• Perform basic IT and network troubleshooting related to game machines.
• Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the internal team for machine repair and maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Able to communicate in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in arcade machines, amusement equipment, machinery maintenance or a similar technical role is preferred.
