Job summary

Itcan Pte. Limited in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Content Moderator- Arabic Associate (Non Native) on a contract, on-site basis. The role requires reviewing, screening, and moderating Arabic and English content to ensure platform guidelines and legal compliance. Freshers with a Diploma or Degree are welcome, with training provided.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document decisions, and meet quality targets while handling potentially sensitive material in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers with Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline; training will be provided.
• Strong analytical skills to review, interpret, and make sound decisions on large volumes of content.
• Effective communication for documentation, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer service orientation to ensure safety and positive platform experiences.
• Basic technical support to navigate moderation tools, dashboards and CMS.
• Ability to learn new policies quickly and share best practices.
• Proficiency in reading Arabic content and strong English language skills.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive material.
• Prior experience in moderation or trust and safety is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, screen, and moderate user-generated content in Arabic and English to ensure guidelines and legal compliance.
• Document decisions, follow escalation protocols, and maintain productivity and quality targets.
