Job summary

Startek Malaysia is seeking a dedicated AR professional for a 6-month contract at our Ara Damansara, Selangor office. The role focuses on Oracle system migration within Accounts Receivable, including data validation, bank detail checks, and vendor documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a finance-related degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet closing timelines.

Qualifications

• Higher Education in Finance or related field with strong analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier responses and validate information in the supplier Excel template.
• Ensure all required tabs are completed accurately and consistently.
• Conduct checks to identify missing or invalid information.
• Review supplier documents submitted for AR processes.
• Follow up on discrepancies and missing documents.
• Compare bank account information with records in EBS.
• Identify and investigate any bank detail changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for VMF and bank documents when needed.
• Coordinate with Callback Team for verification in bank-change cases.
• Update supplier status in tracking files and Transfer data into Master Template.
• Maintain remarks across multiple worksheets.
• Prepare and send follow-up emails to suppliers for incomplete cases.
• Track responses and update the project tracker.
