Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Collection Analyst – Accounts Receivable on a 2-year contract based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will manage a portfolio of customer receivables and drive timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include resolving disputes, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance, and ensuring adherence to payment plans. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year AR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of AR and collection processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone to secure payments and resolve overdue balances.
• Negotiate payment commitments and monitor adherence to agreed payment plans.
• Investigate customer disputes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues.
