Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage collections, invoice inquiries and dispute resolution for customers in the APAC region. You will ensure timely cash collection, maintain accurate aging, and cooperate with Sales, Logistics and Finance to optimize cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 3+ years in AR, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 3+ years in collections or AR.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365, Oracle) and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR activities and collect payments per policy.
• Assist customers with invoicing questions and disputes.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly AR reports and coordinate with Sales & CFO.
