Job summary

TCIE (Sabah) Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level mechanic to assist senior mechanics in servicing and repairing trucks and commercial vehicles in a workshop setting. You will perform basic maintenance tasks, inspections and component checks while learning to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior mechanics in servicing and repair work for trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Perform basic maintenance such as engine oil changes, brake inspections, tyre and vehicle component checks.
• Assist in vehicle inspections, periodic maintenance and repair work.
• Learn to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle problems.
• Assist in opening, repairing and reassembling vehicle components under senior mechanic supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workshop area and work equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior mechanics.
