Job summary

Talenthunt Consultancy is seeking an Application Support specialist in Malaysia to support ERP/SCM and related business apps. You will design Power BI dashboards, analyze data, and assist with system implementations and automation projects.

You will train users, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with vendors. A degree in IT/CS or data analytics plus 2 years of relevant experience is required; Malaysian citizens are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Application Support, ERP Support, or SCM Support environments.
• Experience supporting ERP/SCM workflows across Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Distribution, or Supply Chain is highly welcome.
• Proven, hands‑on experience with Power BI and reporting/dashboard development is required.
• Experience in SQL scripting, system integration, ETL pipelines, or Power Automate is a distinct advantage.
• Basic knowledge of programming (Python) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting capabilities under pressure. Exceptional communication skills.
• Able to work independently or with cross-functional teams, and willing to travel when required to plant sites.
• Open to candidates who are Malaysian citizens.
