Job summary

Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Applications Support Analyst to handle client inquiries about cloud HR solutions, log cases daily, and work with internal teams to resolve issues. You will assist in UAT and perform basic system setups such as user creation and code creation.

The role involves liaising with users to troubleshoot queries, documenting user guides, and supporting ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Responsibilities

• To handle incoming calls and emails from clients whom subscribed to cloud HR solutions.
• To log all the cases reported by clients via calls / emails on daily basis.
• To take initiative to attend case and work closely with internal team to close the case.
• Assist to perform User Acceptance Testing for the cloud HR solutions.
• To manage basic setup of cloud HR solutions i.e. user creation, code creation and etc.
• Liaise with users to troubleshoot application queries and issues as well as to provide appropriate actions on a timely manner.
• Document user guide as reference for users based on system functionalities.
• Support any other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
