Job summary

INOVA AUTOMATION CO., LIMITED MALAYSIA REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE seeks final-year students majoring in Electrical Engineering or related fields to join a hands-on automation team.

You will master technology and tailor solutions for equipment and production lines, provide pre-sales guidance and product training to customers and partners, and help develop industry-led solutions while supporting sales with technical presentations in a global, multicultural context.

Responsibility:
- Master technology and solutions: Understand industrial automation applications and customize and implement automation solutions for equipment and production lines based on industry needs.
- Provide technical support: Provide pre-sales technical guidance and product/solution training to customers and partners, helping them understand and apply our solutions.
- Develop industry solutions: Accumulate and deliver industry-specific solutions, and support sales teams with technical presentations and customer engagements.

Requirement:
- Final-year students (Bachelor/Master) majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

- Willing to travel for business.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good cross-cultural communication and adaptability.

- Strong self-motivation and goal orientation, with the ability to work proactively and continuously improve.
