Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Application Engineer (Industrial Water Solutions) in Johor to provide routine technical service support to Sales Representatives across strategic customer accounts and assist in plant surveys for prospective customers.

You will deliver troubleshooting support, conduct system analysis, and prepare technical recommendations to improve operational efficiency, while maintaining safety compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, water treatment, or specialty chemical industry is an advantage.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial systems (boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license and good driving record.
• Proactive, independent, and customer-oriented with a strong business mindset.

Responsibilities
