Job summary

OCBC is seeking an Application Technical Support professional to provide 18x7 production support from Cyberjaya. The role covers Java-based applications (WebLogic/WebSphere/JBoss) or .NET (IIS), with Linux/Unix or Windows Server platform familiarity, and MS SQL or Oracle databases. Banking IT experience is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. You will analyze changes, monitor health, and perform incident resolution while collaborating with cross-border colleagues in a dynamic

Job Descriptions:

• Provide application support and enhancement for applications used in the bank.
• Perform Level 2 of production support

Job Requirements:

• Required to work on shifts on a rotational basis to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off. (9 hours per shift – 6:30am to 3:30pm/ 2:30pm to 11:30pm)
• Work location is in Cyberjaya
• Application Technical Support on either of the following:
• Applications based on Java technology and WebLogic/ Websphere/ JBoss OR
• Applications based on .NET technology and Microsoft IIS
• Platform Knowledge on Linux/ UNIX OR Windows Server.
• Database knowledge on MS SQL OR Oracle database.
• Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
