Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily apparel manufacturing, with a focus on digital dye-sublimation printing and garment assembly.

You will lead the shop floor team, manage production schedules, monitor quality, and ensure on-time, within-budget output while enforcing safety. Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in garment manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of dye-sublimation printing, fabric types and heat press parameters.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a busy factory floor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities across printing, heat pressing, cutting, and sewing departments.
• Monitor workflow to meet daily targets on time and within budget.
• Inspect print clarity, color accuracy, fabric transfer, and stitching quality to minimize defects.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of sublimation printers, heat presses, and cutting equipment.
• Assign tasks and train operators on safety and efficient techniques.
• Monitor raw materials and coordinate with procurement to avoid stockouts.
