Job summary

Cohesity seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-country Professional Services engagements across APJ. Based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malaysia, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success and Partners to drive delivery outcomes and business results in a diverse region.

You'll manage proposals, risk, and change orders while shaping delivery standards and best practices for the Cohesity Professional Services community.

Qualifications

• Experience developing service proposals, change-order scope and contract input for complex programs.
• Strong background in sales, presales, or technology delivery with multi-country scope.
• Experience managing complex customer escalations and mediations on change control.
• Senior executive engagement with demonstrable commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-country Professional Services programs from initiation through closure across APJ.
• Manage program risk, financials, forecasting and resourcing for your region.
• Develop proposals and change orders with Delivery leadership and customers.
• Represent the program at regional customer, partner, and industry events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Tech Support and Partners.
