APAC Talent Acquisition Partner – Construction & Engineering

Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. You will manage the full lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent for construction consultancy roles.

The role requires experience recruiting technical professionals in construction/engineering or consultancy, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies across countries. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in TA are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, PMC, cost consultancy or built environment is preferred.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience recruiting passive candidates through direct search and market mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Source and attract high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct search.
• Recruit for a range of technical and corporate positions.
• Screen candidates and assess technical/cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer recommendations and support salary benchmarking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for APAC.
