Job summary

Randstad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region, focusing on Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. This on-site role drives sourcing, candidate experience, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the HR Manager, own regional hiring delivery, build talent pipelines for engineering, project-based, and corporate roles, and contribute to campus branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Regional Talent Sourcing across technical engineering, project-based, and corporate functions.
• Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Campus and employer branding through university engagement and career fairs.
• Drive employee engagement and candidate experience improvements.
• Set up and manage an ATS implementation (Oracle Recruiting) and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across APAC.
• Lead regional talent initiatives and collaborate with HR leadership.
