Job summary

Dexcom APAC is seeking a seasoned project professional to support regional supply chain programs, launch readiness, and transformation initiatives across APAC. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

This role emphasizes governance, dashboards, RAID logs, and data-driven recommendations for leadership reviews. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience are expected; travel of 15–25% is required,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5–8 years related experience.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines.
Experience in medical device or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support execution of APAC Supply Chain programs and regional initiatives.
Lead project workstreams with actions, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables.
Maintain governance with trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting cadence, and status reporting.
Support regional deployment by ensuring plans, milestones, and readiness activities are defined and managed.
Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to support decisions and leadership reviews.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution with better visibility and consistency.
