Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor Manufacturing to lead a high-volume manufacturing team in a CGM production environment. You will set objectives, delegate tasks, train staff and ensure production schedules are met with safety and quality in mind.

The role requires experience in cgmp, process transfers/validation, and health authority inspections, with a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years' related experience. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5-8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the production plan and achieve yields within your area of production.
• Oversee training and maintain complete training records for all manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure that the manufacturing team understands and complies with documented quality standards and requirements.
• Regularly monitor the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of manufacturing processes.
• Supervise the maintenance of personnel records and timecards for staff.
• Support the manufacturing lines by resolving issues related to manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, etc.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Act as a liaison between manufacturing, R&D, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure engineering requests are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure KPIs are met by monitoring performance metrics and implementing necessary improvements.
