Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Manager Facilities to lead the utilities engineering of the site and the facilities team.

You will oversee reliable, efficient, compliant operations of all utility systems and drive the facilities programs to support manufacturing. You will partner with the Facilities Director to set long-term strategies, manage capital budgets, audits, and supplier performance, and mentor engineers to develop their skills in a fast-growing healthcare technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing or site operations.
• Proven people management experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for reliable, efficient, compliant and safe operations of all facilities utility systems in the factory.
• Drives the facilities engineering programs for Dexcom Facilities utilizing the latest practices.
• Sets direction for the Facilities Engineering organization and provides communication to team and leadership.
• Manages suppliers’ performance and provides strategic direction for improvement.
• Manages the quality specifications for facilities related to utilities.
• Manages the execution of audits on site.
• Develops annual capital budget and 5-year capital long-range plan.
• Drives operational excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
