Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a Senior Process Enablement Analyst for APAC Supply Chain, onsite in Penang, Malaysia. You will own end-to-end system requirements, translate regional processes into scalable workflows, and lead UAT and rollout readiness across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with IT, Process Excellence and vendors, define product backlog, and ensure governance and data integrity while driving continuous improvement in system solutions and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in information systems, business, supply chain, engineering or operations management.
MBA or Agile/Product certification a plus.
7-10 years in product ownership, business process solutioning, or operational transformation.
Strong understanding of OTC, inventory, or workflow-driven processes.
Experience translating processes into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution behavior for regional processes and harmonization.
Translate regional processes into scalable workflows, rules, validations, and integrations.
Define and prioritise the product backlog balancing value, country requirements and feasibility.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to reflect processes in system behavior.
Lead UAT, business validation, defect prioritization and sign-off readiness.
Support demos, training, and rollout readiness.
Ensure governance, compliance and data dependencies are met.
Drive continuous improvement of product quality and user experience.
