Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Business Analyst III for Digital Experience APAC to support pricing transformation, coordinate backlog, and assist the Product Owner and Regional Lead with delivery and adoption across APAC.

The role requires strong analytics and documentation discipline, translating complex requirements into actionable artefacts, and collaborating with multi-stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Commerce or equivalent.
3–5 years of BA / functional consulting experience.
Excellent documentation discipline and artefacts.
Proficient with JIRA or equivalent backlog tool.
Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce or pharma pricing/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and document requirements workshops and capture stakeholder inputs.
Translate requirements into functional specs, process maps and gap analyses.
Maintain backlog hygiene and prepare acceptance criteria for PO review.
Prepare test cases and support UAT execution and defect tracking.
Develop training materials and update documentation libraries.
Coordinate delivery activities, meetings, minutes and action tracking.
