Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing engineering.
• People management and leadership experience is required.
• Proven experience in both equipment engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Line transfer experience is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in problem solving, report writing, process improvement, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, order and commission key process equipment to CGMP in the Operations Engineering Cycle.
• Engineering process owner for the area.
• Develop and modify manufacturing documentation and procedures for products and new product introductions.
• Ensure that new products meet business, quality, output and cost goals.
• Develop and modify manufacturing processes to improve product quality and yields.
• Provide training and lead cross-functional teams; collaborate with internal and external customers.
