Job summary

DHL Group is seeking an experienced procurement professional for its APAC regional team based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will implement category strategies, lead local negotiations, and identify best-in-class suppliers to deliver cost savings and value for the business.

You will manage end-to-end RFx sourcing, build trusted relationships with partners, and ensure adherence to procurement policies while supporting transportation services across Malaysia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in procuring large transportation services.
• Sourcing experience in transportation and related services is required.
• Proven track record in managing projects and leading high-volume negotiations.
• Willingness to travel at least 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional RFx sourcing support for key initiatives and regional contracts.
• Specialize in strategic sourcing for road transport and related services to cut costs.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and align with interests.
• Integrate procurement services at country level to maximize value and efficiency.
• Identify right suppliers to drive innovation and manage contracts per policy.
• Assess supplier risk and evaluate sustainability KPIs; support Malaysia and Singapore.
