Mastercard seeks a strategic leader to accelerate the growth of its Consumer Acquisition & Engagement business across Asia Pacific. You will drive commercialization, sales enablement, and market development, leading a Kuala Lumpur-based team to grow pipeline, win new business, and deepen client relationships.

You will bridge Product, Sales, Marketing Services, and market teams to translate capabilities into compelling client solutions and measurable business outcomes across West Southeast Asia,

Formación

• Experience in commercialization, business development, marketing, consulting, or sales enablement across multiple markets.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management across Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery.
• Proven track record turning complex products into actionable market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercialization and growth initiatives for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement solutions across Asia Pacific.
• Develop value propositions, solution narratives, and sales plays to differentiate Mastercard’s capabilities.
• Lead partnerships with Marketing & Communications, Core Product, Optimization, and other teams.
• Equip Sales and Client Services with tools, content, and training to accelerate growth.
