VHR Consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior HRBP to partner with APAC leadership across two business units, shaping people strategies for growth and regional integration.

You will lead workforce planning, support new business set-ups in Asia and India, manage cross-border transitions, and coach leaders on performance and engagement, with travel to Singapore.

This is a permanent role based in Kuala Lumpur with regional travel and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with extensive regional experience across APAC.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with multi-country matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

• Partner regional leadership and translate business priorities into people plans.
• Lead workforce planning for growth, including location mix and capability gaps.
• Support new business set-ups in Asia and India with hiring readiness and talent sourcing.
• Guide cross-border work transitions to retain knowledge and key talent.
• Strengthen engagement and retention through frontline coaching and interventions.
• Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness and difficult conversations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and talent reviews.
