Job summary

Heineken Malaysia seeks a Senior RMG Manager - APAC Hub to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across two operating companies in the region. You will partner with senior commercial stakeholders to translate data, market insights and business priorities into impactful growth strategies across pricing, portfolio, promotions and trade investment.

This role requires 8+ years in commercial/analytics with RGM or related functions, strong Excel and data skills, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in commercial, analytics, Revenue Management/RGM or related roles.
• At least 3 years in commercial and analytical work, preferably FMCG or retail.
• Strong understanding of revenue and margin growth levers (pricing, PPA, mix, promotions, trade investment).
• Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities; experience with market data tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape Growth Strategy by translating priorities into Revenue Margin Growth initiatives.
• Unlock Growth Insights from market, customer and business data to identify opportunities.
• Drive Pricing Strategy across brands, SKUs, channels and regions.
• Optimise Portfolio & Mix, planograms, hero SKUs and new pack launches.
• Maximise Promotional Effectiveness through investment planning and tactics.
• Optimise Trade Investment by reviewing terms and incentives for efficiency.
• Turn Insights into Action with RMG plans, tracking and execution across OpCos.
• Build RMG Capability with tools, processes, and workshops across markets.
