EXFO Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow sales within APAC NEMs and Labs.

The role focuses on developing and executing key account plans for networks, photonics, and lab markets, with a strong emphasis on optics and high-speed testing technologies. The position is based in Penang, Malaysia, with flexibility to consider other locations based on candidate strength.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience selling communications test equipment.
• English written and verbal proficiency.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Optics, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of customer engagement, including understanding use cases, managing technical evaluations, leading commercial negotiations and maintaining relationships.
• Provide support at trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations focusing on technical product applications.
• Maintain CRM database and provide accurate forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain key account plans to drive territory growth.
