Job summary
Michael Page is seeking an exceptional engineering leader to guide a Global FMCG manufacturing footprint in Asia, driving regional influence and leading the engineering strategy across APAC.
The successful candidate will lead a regional engineering team, shape capital and technology roadmaps for maximum business impact, and partner with senior Plant & Supply Chain leaders to align site evolution and standards across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years in project engineering management in FMCG/Pharma.
- Experience leading major CAPEX programmes and multiple projects.
- Regional or multi-site experience.
- Budget and investment decision experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams across locations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder influence.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire regional engineering team to grow and succeed.
- Shape regional capital and engineering roadmap for business impact.
- Lead complex brownfield, expansion, automation and technology.
- Partner with Plant & Supply Chain leaders to evolve sites for future growth.
- Drive consistency in engineering standards, project execution and asset performance.
- Provide senior technical leadership for major challenges.
- Build engineering capability across the region and develop future leaders.
- Influence regional engineering strategy with stakeholders.
