Job summary

OPITO is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit OPITO‑approved training centres across the Asia Pacific region. You will verify compliance with OPITO requirements, provide technical guidance to Training Providers and Employers, and lead continuous improvement of quality systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of OPITO Approval Criteria and Standards.
• Experience with auditing processes in oil, gas or energy sectors.
• Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific region.
• Ability to plan projects and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits of training centres across APAC.
• Provide technical guidance to OPITO stakeholders (Training Providers & Employers).
• Develop and implement auditing activities with close out of remedial action.
• Support the management of the annual monitoring audit schedule of approved companies.
• Promote safety, quality and consistency across OPITO standards and QA processes.
• Travel within the region to training centres and stakeholders.
