Job summary

Allianz Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Manager, Audit Center of Excellence AZAP, to lead planning, execution and delivery of audits across the Asia Pacific region. The role partners with businesses to identify risks, strengthen controls and enhance governance, while championing data management and AI initiatives.

The incumbent will oversee regional audit projects, coach audit managers, and ensure quality reviews and credible audit opinions while ensuring continuity during transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in business administration, law or economics.
• 9+ years of audit experience.
• Strong audit technical excellence and ethical characteristics.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa or Thai is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements across regional entities.
• Plan and execute risk-based audits including IT, actuarial and financial processes.
• Identify deficiencies and propose corrective actions with follow-up.
• Maintain audit documentation and ensure alignment with standards.
• Provide advisory support and strengthen regional governance and controls.
• Act as interim Head of Audit when required.
