Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Project & Change Management Leader for a 6–12 month contract in Malaysia. You will drive local implementation of the 50-50-100 program, align with global standards, manage stakeholders, and oversee governance and change activities. Fluency in English is mandatory.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and support go-live readiness, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• +5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or transformation roles.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Stakeholder management across multiple levels (local & global).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Experience with transformation programs or outsourcing initiatives (preferred).
• Knowledge of procurement processes and tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress against key deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure all project activities are aligned with global standards and guidelines.
• Act as the embedded member of the program team and liaise between Global Procurement, local teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate governance routines and ensure clear roles and decisions.
• Drive change management, training, and readiness activities for go-live.
• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards and status reports.
