Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Process Analyst to support process improvement and operating model initiatives across APAC. You will analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver efficient solutions.

The role focuses on designing future-state processes, creating process maps with BPMN, and using automation and AI to enhance documentation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in process analysis or process improvement.
• Proficient in BPMN or similar process-mapping notation.
• Experience delivering process optimization or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and propose improvements.
• Design and document future-state processes.
• Create process maps using BPMN or similar tools.
• Identify impacts to people, processes, and systems.
• Lead process improvement workshops with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and IT to implement changes.
• Utilize automation and AI to enhance documentation and analysis.
