Job summary

Guidewire Software seeks a Head of APAC PMO to lead the regional PMO supporting delivery across Asia-Pacific. You will design governance, tools, and practices to keep P&C insurance and cloud transformation programs on track across multiple countries and SI partners.

You will own portfolio visibility, enable senior decision-making, and ensure Guidewire delivery methodology is consistently applied. This role combines delivery excellence with P&L accountability and practice leadership.

Qualifications

Proven PMO leadership across complex multi-country programs.
Experience managing P&L and portfolio governance.
Strong stakeholder management and executive influence.
Delivery governance and cloud program experience preferred.
Ability to scale delivery hubs in APAC regions.
Experience with Guidewire or insurance cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and govern PMO design, governance, tools and practices for APAC delivery.
Oversee Guidewire Delivery Methodology and Cloud Programs.
Manage portfolio health, financial outcomes and governance.
Lead executive stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural teams.
Drive professional services practice strategy and APAC market insight.
Collaborate with SI partners and internal teams.
