Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Transition Manager to lead the APAC People Workstream, overseeing the design, execution, and monitoring of HR programs for seamless transitions. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and drive hiring/onboarding activities while tracking progress with Smartsheet and Power BI.

Strong collaboration with global teams is essential to align compensation and titles with CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical ability to handle complex figures and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the People Transition and Integration plan for various projects.
• Coordinate and manage People resources to support HR transition processes.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely hiring/onboarding of staff.
• Engage in workshops and weekly/monthly calls to support transition planning.
