foodpanda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Corporate Office) is seeking a Senior Specialist, APAC Payroll to own end-to-end payroll for Singapore and APAC markets, ensuring statutory compliance, controls, and audit readiness while partnering with Finance and People & Culture across the region.

You will drive process improvements, support audits, and mentor junior payroll specialists in a fast-growing APAC shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of payroll operations experience, with strong Singapore payroll expertise.
• Proven ability to independently manage full payroll cycles.
• Strong understanding of Singapore statutory contributions, tax reporting, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end payroll cycles for Singapore and assigned APAC markets.
• Validate payroll inputs, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations with high precision.
• Ensure adherence to payroll calendars, cut-offs, and control checkpoints.
• Review outputs for statutory accuracy (CPF, IRAS, SHG, SDL).
• Oversee off-cycle payroll processing and be escalation point for specialists.
