Qualifications

• Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country.
• Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting.
• Good written and spoken English; other APAC languages are a plus.
• Experience processing high volume transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain employee payroll data across regions.
• Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and proper documentation for pay groups.
• Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations in more complicated jurisdictions.
• Follow standardized payroll procedures and participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems.
