Job summary

This position reports to a Payroll Manager and will involve inputting and maintaining payroll data, assisting with bi-weekly and monthly runs, and addressing basic inquiries while learning the Danaher Payroll

Qualifications

• Associate degree or minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country.
• Good level of written and spoken English (APAC language a plus)

The Payroll Analyst provides operational support for payroll processing across APAC, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with regional standards. This entry-level role is foundational to maintaining harmonized payroll workflows and offers growth into more complex payroll responsibilities.

This position reports to a Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes. Validate timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries. Help prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments.

Respond to basic payroll inquiries and elevate complex issues as needed. Provide guidance on pay statements and banking information setup.

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for complex pay groups. Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations in more complicated jurisdictions.

Follow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation efforts. Participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems or updates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of related payroll experience

Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country,

Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements

Good level of written and spoken English, any other APAC region language is a plus

Proven experience in processing high volume transactions while keeping focused on quality of delivery and accuracy

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.

Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.

Clear and professional communication with employees and team members.

Willingness to learn and grow within a regional payroll environment.
