Cision is hiring a proofreading-focused professional for our APAC operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves formatting client press releases and proofreading documents with speed and accuracy, without content creation.

You will advise clients on improvements while upholding high service standards and ensuring smooth workflow across teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, along with a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (reading and writing) to communicate with APAC clients.
• Highly self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
• Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
• Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
• Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes;
• Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
• Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.
