Job summary
Cision is seeking a detail-oriented proofreader to format client press releases and proofread documents for APAC clients. You will provide professional suggestions to improve releases and ensure high service standards while coordinating with colleagues to maintain smooth workflows.
The role requires English and Mandarin fluency, plus willingness to work a flexible schedule and adapt to shift patterns in a global media environment.
Qualifications
- 1 year of working experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (reading and writing Traditional and Simplified Chinese) required for APAC clients.
- Highly self-motivated and independent.
Responsibilities
- Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy.
- Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases.
- Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards.
- Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and tasks are managed properly.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes.
- Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed.
- Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.
