PR Newswire Asia Ltd is seeking an Editor (Fresh Grad Welcome) focused on proofreading with strong English and Mandarin skills. No content creation required; you will polish client press releases and ensure accuracy while learning distribution processes across APAC.

The role is hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, permanent full-time, with medical insurance, social contributions, annual leave, and 5-day weeks. Overnight shifts may apply during rotation; training during the day will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (reading & writing Traditional and Simplified Chinese) to communicate with APAC clients.
• Highly self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Format client press releases with speed and accuracy.
• Offer professional suggestions to improve press releases.
• Ensure client requests meet high customer service standards.
• Maintain smooth routine workflow and task management.
• Understand distribution platforms and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and provide help as needed.
• Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.
