Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Logistics Project Manager APAC to lead end-to-end logistics transformation initiatives in the Cyberjaya region. You will coordinate warehousing, distribution, transportation, inventory, and import/export operations while aligning with Finance, IT, QA, Planning, and Commercial teams.

The role requires 7–10+ years in logistics or related fields, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations with project exposure.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional logistics projects in a regional or global environment.
Experience with distribution centers, transportation networks, and 3PL providers.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end logistics projects from concept through implementation and stabilization.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Track progress against milestones and proactively manage dependencies and risks.
Ensure structured handover to operations after project completion.
