Job summary

AirSWIFT seeks an experienced Director, Information Technology to lead APAC technology strategy from Malaysia. You will partner with executives to define governance, investments, and multi-year roadmaps, driving digital transformation and operational excellence in a complex manufacturing environment.

The role requires 15+ years in IT leadership, deep ERP experience, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders across a matrixed global organization. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across IT and business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business; Master's preferred.
• Experience governing enterprise technology strategies in complex global organizations.
• Strong track record leading ERP and digital transformation programs.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and data-driven transformation.
• Influence senior executives and partner with C-suite leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
