Job summary

Infosys BPM Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the Indirect Tax Support Desk and drive end-to-end desk activities. You will prepare management reporting, lead stakeholder communications, and monitor SLA performance.

The role requires a CA or equivalent with 8+ years of experience and strong knowledge of APAC indirect taxation. You will oversee analyst work, drive process improvements, and mentor the team to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or equivalent with 8+ years experience or with 10+ Years experience

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end coordination of desk activities
• Prepare for and coordinate the TCPT Indirect Tax Support Desk management and reporting
• Lead stakeholder management including monthly / quarterly communication
• Support service management including individual / team performance against defined SLA's
• Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters
• Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity benefits/gain share
• Responsible to drive process related automation & transformation through bottom –up approach
• Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
• Oversee and review (or delegate review) of analyst’s work as appropriate
• Meet/Ensure all the defined service levels agreed
• Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders
• Track and measure customer feedback
• Escalate issues to the Business Process Managers as needed
