Job summary

Infosys Limited in Malaysia seeks an experienced Tax Lead to coordinate end-to-end desk activities for APAC indirect and direct tax, ensuring SLA adherence and proactive stakeholder communication. Qualifications

• Qualified CA or equivalent with 8+ years experience or 10+ years experience
• Good Knowledge of Indirect Tax & Direct Tax of APAC
• Strong in MS-Excel
• Meet/Ensure all the defined service levels agreed
• Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders.
• Track and measure customer feedback
• Escalate issues to the Business Process Managers as needed
• Responsible to drive process related automation & transformation through bottom –up approach
• Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals

• Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters
