Infosys in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end desk coordination and Indirect Tax Support Desk management. You will coordinate reporting, lead stakeholder communications, and drive process improvements while ensuring SLA adherence and productivity gains. You will supervise analysts and promote training to maintain high standards.

The role emphasizes automation, transformation, and client interface excellence to deliver value in APAC indirect and direct tax domains.

Competenze

• CA qualification or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
• Experience in APAC indirect tax and direct tax
• Strong MS-Excel skills
• Ability to meet defined service levels and manage escalations

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end coordination of desk activities
• Prepare for and coordinate Indirect Tax Support Desk management and reporting
• Lead stakeholder management including monthly/quarterly communication
• Implement improvement initiatives
• Support service management including performance against defined SLAs
• Oversee and review analysts' work as appropriate
• Drive continuous process improvement and provide a single point interface for client delivery matters
• Responsible for delivering productivity benefits/gain share
• Ensure team members have appropriate training and background
