Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Fulfilment Specialist to coordinate order fulfillment, allocation and visibility across the portfolio. You will collaborate with planning, supply chain and operations to resolve issues and ensure timely updates.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–5 years in supply chain operations and experience in manufacturing/high‑tech environments. Hybrid work is offered, SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-5 years in Supply Chain Operations or related areas.
Experience in Manufacturing/Electronics/High‑Tech environments.
Strong understanding of planning and execution processes.
Exposure to allocation, inventory, fulfillment or coordination activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
SAP experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Execute order fulfillment and allocation activities in accordance with established supply chain processes.
Support product allocation, prioritization, and fulfillment activities based on supply availability and business requirements.
Validate order confirmations and investigate allocation-related exceptions.
Maintain accurate system records and fulfillment visibility across the order portfolio.
Coordinate closely with planning, supply chain, and operational teams to resolve order-related issues.
Follow up with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure timely issue resolution.
Communicate allocation results, fulfillment status, and exception updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support root cause investigations, exception management, and corrective action activities.
Analyze fulfillment data and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Fulfilment Specialist should have:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
2-5 years of experience within Supply Chain Operations, Materials Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations, Production Planning.
Experience within Manufacturing, Electronics, Semiconductor, Industrial, or High-Tech environments
Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes
Exposure to allocation management, inventory planning, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination activities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* SAP experience would be advantageous
