Job summary

Autoguard Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Lead to support the International Financial Controller based in Dubai. You will help manage the APAC finance operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance across the region.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years in Finance, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent English communication. Familiarity with Xero is a plus, and you will work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Finance.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Processing and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare data for monthly and quarterly bordereaux reports
Assist in the preparation of management accounts and other internal reports as required
Monitor and account for deferred revenue
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
Assist with compliance matters - audit, corporate tax, SST, e-Invoicing and others where applicable
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance related queries
Supporting the International Financial Controller with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
