Job summary

Anton Paar TriTec SA is seeking a Regional Application & Product Specialist for Extrusion and Mixing in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will provide advanced training and expert support to sales teams and customers, focusing on Brabender extrusion/ polymer characterization.

Qualifications

• Degree in polymer engineering, materials science, chemical engineering or related science.
• Hands-on experience with polymer processing, extrusion, rheology or material characterization.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience delivering technical training.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia Pacific region.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert and contact for extrusion applications.
• Conduct sample testing, method development and process optimization.
• Plan and deliver demonstrations and training (onsite and virtual) in APAC.
• Prepare application notes, technical reports and case studies.
• Manage operations of the Regional Testing and Training laboratory in APAC.
• Represent Anton Paar at conferences and exhibitions as SME for extrusion.
• Support APAC subsidiaries with installations and customer training.
• Develop technical materials and contribute to training resources.
