Job summary

DeepOcean is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager Asia Pacific to lead a multi-disciplined engineering department supporting offshore construction, subsea, and IRM projects across the APAC region. You will drive governance, capability development, and technical excellence, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and strong client satisfaction while growing the business in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Provide technical governance and assurance across offshore/onshore projects.
• Support project managers with technical planning and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Engage with clients, regulators, and vendors as the engineering focal point.
